Woman Charged In Bloomington Shooting

Bond is set at 300-thousand-dollars for a Bloomington woman accused of shooting a man.  Sandra Waters is being held at the McLean County jail on a charge of aggravated battery.  Prosecutors say she shot a man early Sunday in the Hilltop Mobile Park because she was upset the victim wasn’t paying enough attention to her.  The man was hospitalized but is expected to survive.
