OSF Life Flight will base a helicopter at OSF HealthCare St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington and OSF HealthCare Saint James-John W. Albrecht Medical Center in Pontiac to better serve residents of OSF HealthCare’s eastern region. OSF HealthCare announced this week that the Life Flight helicopter will be at St. Joseph or Saint James on a rotating schedule between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. seven days a week, weather permitting, to provide area residents with faster access to care in emergencies.
