Community Care Systems, Inc. is helping the community complete forms for the 2017 Senior Homestead Property Tax Freeze, Homestead Exemption for the Disability Homestead Exemption, and the Homestead Exemption for Disabled Veterans. Administered by the McLean County Chief Assessors Office, these exemptions are designed to give some property tax relief to qualified home-owner, residents whose 2017 total household income is less than $65,000. Completed forms are due by July 1, 2018. Our SIS Specialists can help you fill out the forms at any of our Outreach locations or at our local office, 3601 G.E. Road, Suite 2, Bloomington, IL. Please bring your 2017 Income Taxes or all 2017 Income statements. Walk-ins are accepted Monday- Friday from 9:00 – 11:00 am, or by appointment. Call 309-661-6400 for more information.

Senior Information Services Coordinators will be on hand at the following locations to provide assistance to those over 60 and the disabled. Information & Assistance helps people complete applications, answer questions, and make referrals to services/programs at the local, state, and federal level to meet a multitude of needs.
