Illinois State University is facing a federal lawsuit over alleged title nine violations. The lawsuit claims ISU mishandled sexual misconduct allegations against a male student. Lawyers say the school wrongfully suspended and banned him from the school even though he was vindicated of all allegations. They say the school caused lasting social, economic and reputation harm. John Doe’s attorneys are seeking one million dollars.
