32-year-old Steven J McCuen, facing his fourth DUI, was sentenced Monday to 30 years in prison after pleading guilty to aggravated DUI and leaving the scene of the hit-and-run death of 16-year-old Davis Nelson. Nelson was on his bicycle on the evening of Aug. 14, 1027, in the 1400 block of Six Points Road, between Morris Ave. and Alexander Rd. when McCuen struck him with his vehicle and fled. Nelson died a week later at a Peoria hospital.
