25-year-old Matthew S. Everly of Bloomington faces 11 criminal charges involving injuries to his 2-month-old daughter, including two broken legs and a broken arm the child suffered in March, authorities said Monday. The former minister is charged with aggravated battery of a child, reckless conduct and domestic battery. Everly is accused of pulling the infant’s legs and arm sometime between her birth on March 8 and March 26, when the parents sought medical attention. Everly posted $25,035 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court for a June 1 arraignment.
