Washington City Administrator Jim Culotta and Decatur City Manager Tim Gleason, along with interim Bloomington city manager Steve Rasmussen, are the finalists for the Bloomington city manager job. The Pnatagraph reports that part of the final selection process includes a meet-and-greet with the candidates from 5-7 p.m. June 5 at City Hall. The finalists will also interview with a small group of city staff before interviewing with the City Council. The full time city manager’s position was left open in November when then-city manager David Hales to a similar post in Joliet.
