Normal low temperatures should be close to 30 degrees this time of year, but temperatures are likely to fall into the single digits tonight where deeper snow is on the ground. Elsewhere in central and southeast Illinois, lows tonight will be in the mid teens to around 20 degrees. Wind chills by early morning will be well below zero west of the Illinois River, where the snow is deeper, and in the single digits elsewhere. Be sure to dress appropriately if you will be outside in the morning.
