A 16-year-old Bloomington boy accused of stabbing another teen Saturday at a park at Anderson in Normal will stay in the county juvenile detention center while his case is pending. The Pantagraph reports a judge ruled Monday at a hearing in juvenile court the accused teen’s criminal history and the violent nature of the new allegations did not justify the boy’s release to his parents. The judges also noted the juvenile is presently on probation on other offenses not disclosed in court. This teen is accused of stabbing his 16-year-old victim in the back
