A 32-year-old Bloomington man was arrested for two counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault on victims over the age of 60 and two counts of criminal sexual assault by force. Matthew Price’s arrest stemmed from investigations conducted by Normal PD, Bloomington PD, and the McLean County States Attorney’s office. He is currently being held at the McLean County Jail. This is an ongoing investigation.
