Including the cities of Peoria, Eureka, Pekin, Bloomington, Normal
Patchy freezing drizzle this morning will cause icy stretches on
untreated roadways through noon with sub freezing temperatures in
the upper 20s to around 30 degrees. Hazardous travel and walking
conditions will be expected due to slick surfaces on untreated
roads, parking lots, and sidewalks. Reduce your speed if traveling
this morning north of I-70, and allow extra time to reach your
destination.
