Prosecutors say the people who used to run Bloomington’s city-owned coliseum skimmed three-quarters of a million-dollars because they felt they were owed. The new allegations come in a detailed report from the grand jury that indicted former Central Illinois Arena Management boss John Butler. The indictment also says Butler and his team used city money to line their pockets, instead of managing the coliseum. Butler has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
