Brisk north-northwest winds this morning will produce wind chills of zero to 15 below zero. A clipper-like winter system will dive into W-SW Illinois, producing a band of light snow showers. Areas from Rushville to Jacksonville will see periodic light snow today, with a dusting of accumulation possible. Skies will clear out tonight, allowing for low temps to dip into the -4 to 9 degree range. Enough wind will be present to produce wind chills of zero to 15 below zero again overnight into Monday morning.
