Illinois’ new governor is doing what he can to have Illinois live by the requirements of the Paris Climate Accord. Governor Pritzker yesterday signed an executive order to join the U.S. Climate Alliance. The governor says he wants Illinois to do more to focus on clean energy and face the realities of climate change. But, the order doesn’t spell out what those policies will mean for the state.
