The most powerful Democrat at the Illinois Capitol is being accused of election fraud. A candidate for alderman in Chicago, Davis Krupa, filed a lawsuit that accused House Speaker Mike Madigan and current 13th Ward Alderman Marty Quinn of trying to intimidate him, and trying to keep people for supporting him. Madigan says the suit is baseless, and little more than an election stunt.
