51-year old Monroe Elbert is charged with killing Nicole Elbert in an apartment the two shared with their children in the 600 block of North McLean Street in Bloomington. The Pantagraph reports defense lawyer Brian and Assistant State’s Attorney Mary Koll agreed to a March 5 plea hearing in which Elbert is expected to admit to allegations involving the death of his 30-year-old wife.
