Accused Dixon High School Shooter Cleared For Trial

The young man accused of bringing a gun to Dixon High School last year will face a judge or a jury. A judge on Friday cleared now-20-year-old Matthew Milby Jr. for trial. The judge said Milby is competent enough to understand the charges against him. Police say he brought a rifle to school last May and fired at a teacher before being stopped.
