If you live in Normal, you are going to pay more for everything from water to after-school programs as part of the town’s new, larger budget. The town council approved the nearly 103 million-dollar spending plan last night. Some taxpayers say they’re worried about the growing salaries and benefits for town workers that are included in the budget, but their concerns were mostly ignored.
