Normal Police are investigating an incident that took place outside of the Amanda Brooks Apartment complex Tuesday night around 7:30 at 1402 E. College. Officers responded to reports of a pair of armed suspects trying to drive off with a woman’s vehicle. Police say a weapon was implied in the initial report, but they did not find one at the scene. Two people are in custody and one of the suspects is a juvenile.
