Prosecutors in Tazewell County are pushing ahead with weapons charges against the father of the man accused of killing four people at that Tennessee Waffle House last year. The Tazewell County State’s Attorney’s Office yesterday charged Jeffrey Reinking for giving his son Travis the AR-15 rifle used in last April’s shooting. They say he knew his son had been to a psychiatric hospital, but still gave him the rifle.
