At Monday’s Bloomington City Council meeting, City Manager Tim Gleason said he’ll place on the agenda a proposed gas tax hike only if he believes a majority of council members are in favor of the idea. As of last night, it’s not clear if there is a majorit. Ideas on matter included just a two-year hike on the motor fuel tax to managing the public’s expectations on road repairs
