The developer of the Trail East project in Uptown Normal says about 85 percent of the new building has been leased. Bush Construction says Afni will lease part of the second floor; space on the fourth floor is reserved for an ISU startup incubator and an unnamed multinational technology company; and the first-floor is for R Market Place food hall.
