A 16-year-old Bloomington youth was convicted Thursday of aggravated battery in a stabbing back in November at Anderson Park in Normal. The verdict comes despite the 17-year-old male victim denying the boy who is convicted of stabbing him committed the crime. Instead, the victim accuses the father of the teen he was fighting of causing his injuries.
