A massive crowd of gun owners and gun rights supporters is putting pressure on state lawmakers not to pass any more restrictions on access to firearms. The annual Illinois Gun Owners Lobby Day brought thousands of Second Amendment supporters into downtown Springfield, protesting various pieces of anti-gun legislation. It is not clear how effective the protests will be with the Democratic super majority in the General Assembly.
