She was caught on camera. 58-year-old Debbie White of Benson was arrested just past 9 a.m. on Monday after officers observed her over a live camera feed stuffing cash from receipts at the Illinois State University Bone Student Center into envelopes and then into her clothing.That video feed was set up to watch her actions as White was performing her duties as a clerical worker. The Pantagraph reports prosecutors say they have video evidence of her taking cash on March 25 and 26. She is accused of taking nearly $162,000 in all.
