A man from Medina, Ohio, is accused of posing as an Illinois boy who’s been missing for years. Police say 23-year-old Brian Rini approached someone Wednesday in Newport, Kentucky and claimed to be Timothy Pitzen, who disappeared from Aurora, Illinois in 2011. He is undergoing a psychiatric evaluation. Jonathan Rini told reporters that his brother has a history of mental illness.
