The Pontiac Narcotics Unit served a warrant Friday evening at 920 W. Madison St., Apartment 409 in Pontiac. Police arrested Thomas Emerson, Jr., 56, for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance; and seized 89 Norco pills and a 2004 Dodge Caravan.
In connection with the same investigation, police then served a second warrant at 1037 E. Water St. Lot 7 a couple hours later. Police arrested Karley Runyon, 27, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic syringe; and Michael Price, 51, for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
Police said several jeweler bags full of suspected heroin, syringes, other drug paraphernalia and a 2002 Mercury Villager were seized.
The three are currently awaiting their first court appearance. The incident is under investigation.
