Democrat Betsy Dirksen Londrigan of Springfield is announcing Thursday that she is running again to take the 13th Congressional District seat from incumbent Republican Rep. Rodney Davis. Londrigan came with a percentage point of unseating Davis in the 2018 elections. The sprawling 13th Congressional District stretches from Champaign to Bloomington-Normal to the Metro East suburbs of St. Louis.
