A Stockton man is facing charges in connection with the death of Illinois State Police Trooper Brooke Jones-Story. ISP officials say 55-year-old Craig Dittmar was driving the semi that hit Jones-Story’s squad car and the vehicle she was inspecting. He was charged yesterday with two counts of Reckless Homicide.
