Normal Town Council leaders Monday approved a plan to allow a developer to build a hotel on the north side. A developer hopes to build a Home2Suites on Bradford lane. The developer, Steve Horve Builders, wants incentives from the Town of Normal. Mayor Chris Koos is on record saying the town will not offer them.
