Questions about the state of Kirk Zimmerman’s financial health are be examined at his murder trial. An FBI forensic accountant testified yesterday that Zimmerman’s spending exceeded his income at the time his ex-wife Pam Zimmerman was killed. Kirk Zimmerman is accused of shooting his ex-wife to death in her Bloomington office in November 2014. The accountant also testified that at the time Kirk was facing a court fight with his former wife over past-due child support.
