Illinois election officials are finding that no news is good news in the recently released report by special counsel Robert Mueller [MULL-er]. Illinois officials weren’t surprised when the report showed that the state suffered the worst election data breach of any state in the country. The report documented how Russian agents stole the personal information of more than 70-thousand voters in the state. Officials were happy to find no new information in the report.
