The Panatgraph reports two men are in custody and police and seeking a third on murder charges in the April shooting of a man on Orchard Road.
18-year-old Exodus Herbert and 22-year-old Amari McNabb each face first-degree murder charges in the slaying of 25-year-old Juan Nash on April 2, 2019, in the 1200 block of Orchard Road.
A warrant was issued for the third suspect, an 18-year-old man from Bloomington. Charges alleged he was responsible for shooting the victim.
The Pantagraph reports the third suspect was shot during the incident.
