A man was killed Saturday afternoon after a van hit his motorcycle near the intersection of Main Street and MacArthur Avenue in Bloomington Saturday around 3:40pm.
Police say the driver of the van ran from the scene on foot. A suspect description was not available.
First responders took the motorcyclist to Advocate BroMenn Medical Center, Normal, where the victim was later pronounced dead.
The name of the motorcycle rider has not yet been released.
