Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker has signed a bill that will make recreational marijuana use legal in the state starting next year. The bill will allow licensed growth, sales, and possession of cannabis for anyone 21-years-old and older. Illinois residents will be able to possess 30 grams of cannabis, 500 milligrams of THC, and five grams of cannabis concentrate.
