
On August 2, 2019, at 12:15 a.m., officers of the Normal Police Department stopped a U-Haul van in the 600 block of West Orlando Avenue. During the course of the stop, officers recovered a large amount of cannabis and three stolen handguns. Two of the handguns had been stolen from Bloomington and the other was stolen in Normal.
Two adult males were arrested, and the adult driver and two juveniles were released at the scene.
Jordyn Jonquise Lee, a 20 year old male from Robbins, IL was charged with Possession of a Loaded Firearm, Possession of a Stolen Firearm, Possession of a Firearm with Defaced Serial Number, Possession of a Firearm without a FOID card and Possession of Cannabis 30-500 grams. He also had an outstanding McLean County warrant.
Orion A. Hodo, a 20 year old male from Normal was charged with Possession of a Loaded Firearm, Possession of a Stolen Firearm, Possession of a Firearm with Defaced Serial Number, Possession of a Firearm without a FOID card.
Both individuals are being held at the McLean County Jail pending review of the State’s Attorney’s Office.
