A recently filed bill in the Illinois House would ban flavored e-cigarette and tobacco products.
Representative Grant Wehrli filed HB3887 on Friday.
The Flavored Tobacco Ban Act would ban the sale of flavored tobacco products, flavored alternative nicotine products, or flavored e-cigarette products in Illinois.
If it becomes law, any retail store caught selling the products would have its license suspended and face fines.
