The parent company for Arby’s is buying Jimmy John’s sandwiches. Inspire Brands officials posted on their website yesterday that they had entered into an agreement to acquire the sandwich company, which was founded in Central Illinois 36 years ago. The move was unanimously approved by the Jimmy John’s board of directors. No word on the terms or sale price.
