According to a report from McLean County Coroner Kathy Yoder, 18-year old Reginald Hubbert of Bloomington has died from his injuries sustained in the traffic accident on September 26, 2019,just north of the intersection of Veteran’s Parkway and Empire Street where he was the pedestrian struck by a vehicle.
On September 29, 2019, Hubbert was taken off life support.
Toxicology testing is pending further studies.
This incident remains under investigation by the McLean County Coroner’s Office and the Bloomington Police Department.
