Town of Normal Parks and Recreation Department will complete the installation of Uptown Normal lighting on Constitution Boulevard this week, resulting in some temporary road closures.
Northbound Constitution Boulevard from Uptown Circle to Mulberry Street will be closed from 5-11am, weather permitting on Wednesday, 10/9. Southbound Constitution Boulevard from Uptown Circle to Mulberry Street will be closed from 5-11am, on Thursday, 10/10. Uptown Circle, intersections of Constitution Boulevard & College Avenue, and Constitution Boulevard & Mulberry Street will remain open.
