The 29-year-old man who died in a three-vehicle accident near 20487 North 1700 East Road (Pipeline Road) in Hudson, Illinois, just past 1 am has been identified as Andrew Dusek of Hudson.
Preliminary autopsy report indicates that Mr. Dusek died from multiple blunt injuries due to an automobile striking multiple motor vehicles, reportedly sustained as the driver and sole occupant of the automobile that crossed the center lane and struck another automobile and then a sport utility vehicle. Toxicology results are pending. This incident remains under investigation by the McLean County Coroner’s Office and the McLean County Sheriff’s Department.
