Illinoisans who use Meridian Medicaid and Medicare and utilize OSF facilities will need to find another provider, effective December 15.
In a press release, OSF has issued a notice of termination to Meridian, to avoid having its contract renew with provisions that do not align with OSF’s current strategy.
Additionally, OSF will work collaboratively with Meridian and its members, especially those currently receiving treatment at OSF, to ensure a safe and clinically appropriate transition of care as needed.
