Daniel C. Allbritton–the man charged with obstruction in a missing persons case in Tazewell County–is now being charged with murder.
The Tazewell County Sheriff’s Office tells us Allbritton is facing three charges of murder in connection with the missing person case of John A. Tyler.
Allbritton was arrested on December 11 for obstruction of justice charges in relation to the search for Tyler.
Sheriff Jeffrey Lower tells us that evidence gathered during the investigation led to the murder charges being filed against Allbritton.
