An 18-year-old Chicago man faces armed robbery charges in McLean County.
Dwayne M. Bellcis is charged with two counts of armed robbery, two counts of aggravated robbery and two counts of robbery. He’s accused of taking money and a vehicle key from a person while armed with a firearm and using or threatening force on Dec. 14 in Bloomington..
He was arrested on a warrant and jailed in lieu of posting $25,035.
