(WMAY) – Governor JB Pritzker is vowing to end what he calls the “Springfield culture of corruption” in the wake of that controversial 2012 email that appears to describe efforts to cover up criminal activity, including ghost payrolling and an alleged rape.
Pritzker says anyone with knowledge of the email or the activities described in it should come forward and speak with investigators… but he says one way or the other, they will be held accountable.
