A Bloomington orthopedic surgeon is being investigated for sexual assault and sexual abuse. Police arrested 34-year-old Shaun Kink yesterday, who continued to be held on 200-thousand dollars bond. Authorities haven’t released any details about the incident that led to the investigation.
