The National Weather Service has issued Winter Weather Advisories for much of Central Illinois through 6 am Thursday as another storm brings snow to the region.
- Periods of moderate to heavy snow likely Wednesday afternoon & evening
- Significant impacts to the Wednesday evening commute should be expected
- Storm total accumulations of 3-5 inches expected with locally higher amounts possible
- Bitterly cold temperatures move in Thursday with some blowing snow possible
