City of Bloomington Police have finalized the 2019 report of serious criminal incidents in our city (the UCR). The total UCR statistic for Bloomington in calendar year 2019 was 3% lower than 2018, with 45 fewer reported incidents.
Police Chief Donath will present the topic at tonight’s City Council Meeting.
