McLean County Health Department officials said in a news release Monday that the Illinois Department of Public Health cleared passengers in McLean County, but Amtrak did alert 169 people they may have come into contact with a woman onboard whose initial tests showed she has COVID-19.
One of the train’s stops was Uptown Station in Normal. Other stops included Joliet, Pontiac, Dwight, Lincoln, and Springfield.
