State Farm is temporarily making changes to its company leave policy, due to COVID-19.
In a statement, State Farm announced Tuesday that employees who are not yet able to work from home and are unable to come into the office will be granted paid administrative leave in circumstances they are caring for their children when schools or places of care are cancelled.
As soon as the tools are made available, the expectation is that employees in this situation will make every effort to begin working from home.
